Abstract

The main topic of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the quality methods used in the selected company. Furthermore, the 1st phase of the introduction of statistical process control as a substitute for 100% control is elaborated. The first automatic line in a manufacturing company specialized in cold bending of tubes, pressing and welding of assemblies was selected for this work. During this phase, a measurement repeatability and reproducibility assessment (MSA) form was developed and validated. At the same time, a form for recording data from the inspection of the manufacturing process and from the analysis of parts discarded by visual inspection was also created.
