Využití bakterií Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans při bioloužení rud obohacených o drahé kovy

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the use of Acidithiobacillus ferroooxidans for biolouration of enriched precious metal paths. The first part focuses on the general characteristics of the Zlatý Chlum region in Zlatohorsko. The following chapter describes the theory of bioluminescence, for example under what conditions bioleaching is performed, what technique is used, and then extensive technological procedures are presented. This chapter is followed by the last part of the theoretical part, namely the introduction of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. The experimental part describes the self-excretion process using Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans. The aim of the work is to evaluate experimental data and to evaluate the effectiveness of bioleaching.
