Srovnání možností aplikace moderních databázových řešení pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to rank possible options for providing a cloud database solution for a web application. To achieve this goal, one of the multi-criteria decision making methods, the AHP method, is used. A total of 8 criteria were selected to compare the 4 selected database solutions which included storage cost, read speed, database model and scalability. The results of the work highlighted specific database solutions that might be suitable for providing a database back-end for a given web application.
