Abstract
The thesis deals with the verification of the corrosion properties of Fe – Cr alloys in aqueous environments with the participation of two types of cathodic reduction of hydrogen depolarization and oxygen depolarization. In the theoretical part of the thesis is given an overview of the properties of high-alloyed materials. Described are happening ongoing during corrosion in aqueous environments in the active and passive state and the possibility of monitoring their kinetics using electrochemical measurements. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was the behavior of the different constituents of the welded joints differing in particular the content of chromium. Used to have alloy Fe – Cr (0 – 30 hm. %Cr) exposed to an aqueous environment in an active state in order to corrosion in the reduction of H+ and O2. Experiments were carried out in the temperature range 20 – 220 °C.
