Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses the safeguard improvement of the building skin, the offices, and other rooms of the FSE VSB–TU Ostrava grounds with the possible transition of physical protection to two shifts operation. The introductory part pursues the most important regulations and technical standards dealing with the objects safeguarding. Further comes the description of individual safety systems and of individual buildings, as well as that of the present state of the object security. The objective of the thesis is to identify and assess the relevant risks related to the physical safeguarding of the FSE VSB–TU Ostrava grounds, and to propose innovative solution of the object safeguarding based on theoretical and practical knowledge.
