Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze satisfaction with the job of tied insurance intermediaries with a selected insurance agent. Secondary objectives focus on satisfaction with the organization's approach, including the level of job-related stress, as well as satisfaction with the remuneration system. The theoretical part summarizes the research methods used, such as questionnaire surveys and tests of relative frequencies. It also includes research on theoretical backgrounds related to employee job satisfaction, including human resource management and personnel marketing. Furthermore, there is a description of the insurance business and the characteristics of the selected insurance agent. In the practical part, a questionnaire was created and submitted to insurance intermediaries to analyze the current state of job satisfaction with the selected agency. An analysis was performed based on the obtained data. According to the results, tied insurance intermediaries are generally satisfied with the insurance agent. The research served as a basis for recommendations to improve job satisfaction. It was recommended to change the remuneration system and focus on reducing the job-related stress experienced by the intermediaries. This thesis provides an insight into the issue of job satisfaction in the insurance industry and offers recommendations for improvement within this area for a specific insurance agency.
