Abstract

This thesis „The Use of Marketing in the Sport Facility“ is focused on analysis of the current state of Fit & Power Plate studio LARA and on designing the marketing activities leading to attract more satisfied customers, improvement of offered services and increase turnovers. The theoretical part explains the terminology of the area of marketing, marketing services and tools of analysis that are needed to understand the issue. The practical part analyzes the current state of Fit & Power Plate studio LARA and its environment by PESTEL analysis, analysis of micro and external micro environment. We got objective view on offered services by using questionnaire. Detailed examination of marketing mix of services revealed mistakes of business activities. It is about promotional activity connected with a low attendance. Results of analysis led to suggestions and recommendations on the various elements of the marketing mix. The part of analytical chapter is financial review of suggestions and analysis of attendance.
