Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce je zjistit současný stav v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců firmy XY, a.s., analyzovat jej pomocí dotazníkového šetření a na základě tohoto šetření se pokusit o jeho případné zlepšení. Lidské zdroje jsou důležitou součástí podniku, bez kterých by společnost nemohla efektivně fungovat. Úkolem vedení podniku je proto správným způsobem vést a motivovat zaměstnance k takovým výkonům, které pomohou dosáhnout co nejlépe stanovené cíle. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první, teoretické části se zabývám problematikou motivace, jejími základními pojmy, teoriemi a významem stimulace pro motivaci pracovního jednání. Druhá kapitola se týká charakteristiky firmy, popisu motivačního systému firmy a rozboru stávající situace. Třetí kapitola je věnována analýze vybraných motivačních faktorů ve firmě, které analyzuji pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V závěrečné kapitole na základě této analýzy navrhuji opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení dané problematiky.

My diploma thesis focuses on the motivation of employees. The aim of my thesis is to find out the current level of motivation of the employees in the XY, a.s. company. Human resources are a very important part of any major company. It enables the company to operate more effectively. It is the responsibility of the management of the company to motivate and lead employees to do their best and reach the appointed aims. Diploma thesis is dividend into four chapters. The first chapter deals with motivation, its basic fundaments and the primary concept, ideas, theories, application and the importace of stimulation for employee motivation. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of the company, describes the motivation system of the company and analyses the current situation. The third chapter gives attention to the analysis of the choice motivation factors in the company which I analysed in my questionnaire. In the last chapter, I draw on the results of this analysis and suggest measures to improve specific problems.
