Abstract
My thesis is focused on changes in equity of companies and its implications. The work describes basic rules for the formation of companies, their capital, ways, and why the equity changes and the effects of changes in equity for the company, partners, shareholders and creditors. I mention examples of general accounting when a company and changes in equity and a practical example Oděvní podnik, a. s., and in conclusion appreciate my achievements.
