Abstract

This bachelor work deals with the preparation of tender documents for two types of competitive tendering. The first part deals with the tender for the procurement of small-scale public contract for services - processors of the project documents. The second part focuses on competitive bidding for threshold public contract for construction work- residential building contractor. In the conclusion, results of the competitive tendering are evaluated and compared with the estimated costs of the project documentation and construction of the residential building. The bachelor thesis also includes drawing documentation, estimated budget for the cost of construction works, sample documents to be attached to the price quotation, price quotation for services - processing of project documentation, price quotations for construction works - construction of residential building.
