Analýza řízení zásob výrobního podniku

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the supply management in monitored company. The objective was to analyze current suply management system and bring suggestions and recommendations in the field of inventory records improvement. The analysis took the form of participatory observation and consultations with managers of logistic department. This analysis founded that there are relatively large inventory differences in the company. In the practical part, the proposed recommendations were presented, while the author focused on the proposal of introduction scanning gates, including quantification of their estimated benefit. Scanning gates would significantly improve inventory records during its flow between warehouse and production.
