Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for foundation of restaurant.
The first part of the bachelor thesis includes the theoretical concepts which represent the structure of the business plan in the individual steps on the basis of the specialized literature. The second part concerns the company, its history and visions, which the company wants to achieve. The third part gives a concrete business plan based on the application of the individual steps of the intended business plan defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. It presents the market environment in a given area of business, it introduces the business plan and analyses the risks and opportunities which appear in this area of business. The third part also evaluates future financial plan, which shows feasiability of the business plan.
