Abstract

This work deals with the comparison of different methods of reclamation in flooded mine subsidence in Karvina region, which was used properties of zoological group molluscs (Mollusca). Part of this work was also to do the field study (three localities) that were reclaimed by different methods (collecting was done in June, August and November 2011). The main task was to introduce the bioindication importance of molluscs and become familiar with basic methods of reclamation used to restore the land affected by mining. During collections, there were found a total of 22 species of molluscs, of which 15 are terrestrial gastropods (11 with a conch and 4 without it), 6 aquatic mollusc and 1 representant of bivalve. In terms of vulnerability was reported in one species almost endangered category - Oxyloma elegans and one species of the vulnerable categories - Faustina faustina. There were also found two non-native species in the area - Arion lusitanicus and Physella acuta.
