Návrh a zhodnocení projektu výstavy „Virtuální realita“

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to design a project of the Virtual Reality exhibition using project management methods. At the beginning of the bachelor thesis, we pay attention to the theoretical view of the project itself, define the project management, describe the project manager, organizational structure, life cycle of the project and describe the most common problems threatening the success of the project. Furthermore, this work is devoted to the methods and techniques we can use when designing. Another part is devoted to the presentation of the organization Elset, s.r.o., brief history, subjects of activity and organizational structure of the company. Then the work is devoted to the presentation of the project itself, briefly describes the theme of the exhibition, the exhibits themselves and further specifies the important parameters that the exhibition must fulfill. In the next part we deal with the project proposal itself, where a feasibility study was carried out first. Based on the results of the studies, Project Plan 365 has been designed to complete the project, from technically securing the exhibition to its disposal. To elaborate the practical part of the thesis, the methods used in the theoretical part were used.
