Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to introduce readers to the problems of project management, using helpers in the form of software tools. This paper introduces the basic concepts that are crucial for this area. Represents a software tool that many organizations use to manage and control projects. One of the most widely used in this study represented the most is Microsoft Project. The individual chapters are uncovering and described the various steps and functions that are necessary for the establishment and effective management of the project so that all team members should be constantly updated information on project status, were able to eliminate the risks well within the planned deadlines and budgets. This thesis further highlights the advantages and disadvantages compared with other software tools that are on both local and global market at present.
