Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the preparation of an emergency plan for a lower-tier establishments. The theoretical part of the thesis describes individual types of emergency plans in the Czech Republic, external and internal emergency plans abroad, specifically in Germany, France and Italy. The following is the content and structure of the internal emergency plan according to Decree No. 227/2015 Coll. and a description of the emergency planning system in the lower-tier establishments. In the last part attention is paid to emergency preparedness exercises. The practical part of the contains a draft of the structure and content of the internal emergency plan for lower-tier establishments.
