Abstract
The topic of the bachelor thesis is an evaluation of competitiveness of a company focused on the production of heating boilers. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and description of the individual analyses used to evaluate the competitiveness of the selected company. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the competitiveness of the selected company, using SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. In the last part there is the overall evaluation and recommendation how to increase company competitiveness.
