Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of a measurement of customer‘s satisfaction. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the satisfaction of customers in aqua park Olešná, especially in its in-door part as well as to suggest the approach to measuring and also increasing customer’s satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the term satisfaction and also which methods and techniques are used when the satisfaction is measured. Than it describes what does the term services and their marketing mix mean. The satisfaction of customers has been detected by means of marketing research through questionnaires. In the practical part of the thesis I focus on the analyses of acquired information and also on suggestions and recommendations.
