Aplikace prvků managementu rizik při zavádění EMAS u konkrétního právního subjektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací vybraných kroků programu EMAS, u kterých lze uplatnit prvky managementu rizik u konkrétní části podniku E-TECHNIK s.r.o. V úvodní části práce je popsána problematika programu EMAS a managementu rizik včetně popisu systému jejich zavádění. Závěr úvodní části je věnován srovnání obou procesů s přihlédnutím na možnost implementace prvků managementu rizik při zavádění EMAS. V praktické části se věnuji zavádění vybraných kroků systému EMAS na konkrétní část podniku s propojením a implementací prvků managementu rizik z úvodní části. Závěrem diplomové práce je zhodnocení propojení managementu rizik s programem EMAS.

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of selected steps of the EMAS program in which elements of risk management can be applied to a specific part of the company E-TECHNIK s.r.o. The introductory part of the thesis describes the problematics of the EMAS program and risk management including a description of means of their implementation. The conclusion of the introductory part is dedicated to the comparison of both processes taking into account the possibility of implementing risk management elements in the introduction of EMAS. In the practical part, I deal with the introduction of selected elements of the EMAS program to a specific part of the company and the implementation of risk management features as described in the introductory part. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the connection between risk management and the EMAS program.
