Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis „Strategic Development of Company“ is to define subjects strategic managment and strategic analysis. Then apply these knowledges on industrial company. The main goal is to chart the external and internal environment of the company and based on their results suggest possible recommendations for the development of the company. In the first three chapters of the thesis are defined subjects as strategic management, strategic thinking, strategy formulation, external and internal environment and a description of their methods and tools. In the last chapter, these knowledges and methods are applied on industrial company Hand Weapon Fire Arms a.s. operating in the arms industry.
