Abstract

The thesis "The rules of import and export of waste, is focused primarily on the legislative provisions in force in the Czech Republic and the European Community. Wastes and their use, recycling, disposal, generation, or dealing with the delicate issue of today's hectic times. The goal of my work I have provided give a detailed analysis of the current legislation for the import and export of waste. I pointed out some aspects which may be practical problems, mainly concerning the difference between recovery and disposal of waste incinerators. Finally, I pointed out a practical example of illegal waste management and this issue I am divorced and pointed to problems in this regard.
