Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraných obchodních společnostech

Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis are employee’s benefits. In the first chapter is attention payed to the area of the human resources management, because this area is foundation of remuneration. In this chapter are basic accounting and taxation information’s about particular benefits. In the second chapter are descriptions of two selected business companies and information’s about their employee’s benefits. In the last chapter are analysis of questionnaires filled by employees from this companies. The goal of this thesis is to introduce issues of employee’s benefits and show two possible ways of settings employee’s benefits in company.
