Požární zásah na vybraný objekt v obci Ostrava – Radvanice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of fire fighting in the churches. Firstly, the thesis deals with the issue and the level of the fire protection in Ostrava - Radvanice, where it describes the most dangerous premises and complicated buildings conditions for firefighters. Furthermore, it describes fire safety of the area. The main part of the thesis deals with the potential scenario of the fire originated in the worst part of the building and describes the best solution for the firefighters for extinguishing the fire. The work also includes practical training, which aims to assess, whether the chosen method for fighting in the church is the correct one. The outcome of the thesis is to compare and evaluate the author’s reasoning with the results of the training and to choose the most appropriate way of firefighting in the church.
