Abstract

Valuation of company is an important part of financial management. The goal of the work is to determine company's market value in the medical industry, consideration of risk condition to January 1, 2014. The resultant company's market value will be determined by certainty equivalent method. Thesis is divided into five main parts. The first part is introduction. The second part is dedicated to description of business valuation methods under the risk terms. In the third part is described valued company. In this part are used financial analysis, strategic analysis and financial plan, which are necessary for business valuation. In the forth part is determined market value by certainty equivalent method and in the end is applied sensitivity analysis. The last part is conclusion.
