Vývoj technologie kování velkých zalomených hřídelí

Abstract

This study is focused on the technology development of the solid crankshafts in Pilsen Steel company. The teoretical part describes the production technologies of crankshafts used in the past and in the present including forging procedures and other production processes. The development part presents the attempts to implement new technologies, named Škoda 1. and Škoda 2., into the production. The conclusion is dedicated to evaluation and comparisom of above stated method from the point of production and economical view.
