Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a marketing plan for a specific consulting company. The main goal was to compile this marketing plan. The benchmarking method was used to create the plan, where two companies providing the same services were compared. The result shows the individual differences between the two companies. At the end of the work, specific steps are recommended that should help meet the company's goals.
