Motivační program v podniku VAE CONTROLS Group, a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on an motivation program in the company. The aim is to investigate the possibilities for additional training within the company, level of communication, level of evaluation inside the company and level of satisfaction with the motivation program. At the first part of thesis, theoretical solutions for creating of motivation program, comunication and employee evaluation, are provided. In the second part of the thesis, findings are converted into practice. Survey is carried out and on its basis are designed solutions to eliminate the problems.
