Abstract
The goal of this thesis is suggestion of a more efficient system of worker´s remuneration in the enterprise environment Massag, Inc. based on the Analysis of the wage system
The theoretical part will be devoted to clarifying issues relating to Employee compensation. The practical part is focused on the specific situation in the company Massag, as first described the characteristics of the enterprise and its structure. After basic Analysis is made of selected economic indicators, which is dealing with the remuneration o f workers. The practical part will be a description of the current remuneration system and its analysis. The last chapter contains proposals for solutions that lead to more effective reward system.
