Zaměstnanecké benefity jako systém motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

This Master's thesis is engaged in questions of employee benefits especially with emphasis on employee motivation. The theoretical part includes a description of the characteristics of employee benefits, the legislative framework, structure and use of particular employee benefits and theoretical solution to the employee evaluation, motivation and rewarding. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current employee benefits system in company OKD, a.s., the concept of a questionaire investigation among its employees and the implementation of proposals and recommendations for the changes, which should boost the rewarding system and engage to the better employee motivation in choosen company.
