Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of employee satisfaction of a selected company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the level of satisfaction of employees of the selected company and based on marketing research to identify the problem areas of satisfaction and create proposals to increase satisfaction, which will be possible pass to the management of the company. The theoretical part aims to define the basic theoretical background regarding job satisfaction, motivation, tools for measuring satisfaction and the research part. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the company, on a research investigation using in-depth interviews and a questionnaire investigation. The main result of the work are then specific proposals to increase the satisfaction of the company's employees.
