Abstract

This bachelor work resolves buying behavior of customers in the retail outlet´s COOP in Kateřinice. The goal is to find out how the customer behaving in this shop. We focused eg. On shopping habits or popularity of own brands and many other factors. We solved the issue by using of a written questionnaire, where we addressed respondents technique suitable opportunities. We then report back data in Microsoft Excel. Thanks to this marketing research found a structure and shopping behavior of customers. Based on the data, it is possible to increase overall store traffic by focusing on the target group using the marketing mix, and thereby provide increased customer satisfaction.
