Zhodnocení efektivnosti přínosů a nákladů public relations aktivit realitního portálu

Abstract

This thesis deals with public relations activities in relation to real estate portal dobrehodnoceni.cz. The first part is introduced pursued real estate portal and the company operating it. Next is the theoretical basis which is indispensable of subsequent analysis. This chapter also outlines the trends in public relations. Following the analysis, various public relations activities that explore effectiveness and the qualitative and quantitative benefits and costs arising from them. Of course there is a chapter dealing with methodology implemented analyzes. The main part of the thesis are suggestions and recommendations to improve the existing public relations activities. These recommendations and suggestions are based strictly on the results of previous analyzes and also of trends in public relations. The aim of the proposed recommendations is their maximum usefulness in practice with regard to financial budget of the real estate portal.
