Analýza zásob a návrh nového způsobu skladování

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabývala problematikou systému skladování ve stravovací části Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava. Hlavním cílem mé práce byla analýza současného stavu skladovacích prostor a struktury skladování, nalezení nového řešení tohoto systému a tyto výsledky předložit vedení tohoto úseku nemocnice.

V úvodní části diplomové práce jsem charakterizovala pojem logistika a uvedla cíle mé práce. V teoreticko – metodologické části jsem definovala cíle podnikové logistiky, logistického řízení a s ním spojených nákladů, vymezila jsem pojem zásoby, jejich řízení, koncepci skladování a jeho význam. Poté následuje aplikační část, kde je úvod věnován představením podniku a následně se zabývá již samotným systémem skladováním ve stravovací části Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava, kdy jsem provedla rozbor stávající struktury skladování a možnosti jeho optimalizace. Zaměřila jsem se zejména na umístění centrálního skladu a analyzovala jeho potenciální přemístění. Řešila jsem také problematiku nákladního výtahu a vážící jednotky, které jsou pro průběh celého skladování nezbytné. V kapitole návrhů a doporučení jsem shrnula výsledky mé analýzy a navrhla řešení, které by vedly k optimalizaci skladování v tomto úseku nemocnice. Nalezla jsem vhodné prostory pro přemístění centrálního skladu, které by vedly k nákladové a časové úspoře z hlediska skladovacích i expedičních činností. Po analýze výtahové jednotky jsem navrhla zakoupení nového hydraulického výtahu, který urychlí přepravu přijatého zboží z příjmové rampy do skladovacích prostorů. Nalezla jsem také vhodné umístění pro vážící jednotku, kdy dojde ke zkrácení trasy kontroly váhy zboží při přejímce tohoto zboží prováděných pracovnicí skladu. Po rozboru skladovacího struktury centrálního skladu jsem navrhla zakoupení několika policových regálů, které zpřehlední celý systém v tomto skladu, umožní větší pohybovatelnost pracovnicím tohoto úseku a povedou k časové úspoře spojené se skladovými operacemi. Závěr diplomové práce je zaměřen na shrnutí mé práce a zda bylo dosaženo jejich stanových cílů.

Při zpracování mé diplomové práce jsem aplikovala teoretické zkušenosti z celého mého studia v praxi a získala jsem tak velmi cenné zkušenosti.

I dealt with the problems of the storing system inside the catering part of the Faculty Hospital of Ostrava in my dissertation thesis. The main objective of my work was the analysis of the current state of the storing space and the structure of storing as well as finding a new solution of this system and presenting my results in front of the administration of this particular part of the hospital.

I characterised the term logistics and presented the objectives in the first part of my work. I defined the goals of the company logistics, the management of logistics and the expenses connected with it in the theoretic-methodological part. I also defined the term supplies, their management and the conception of storing and its significance.

The presentation of the facility itself serves as the introduction of the application part where I then concerned myself with the storing system of the catering section of the Faculty Hospital of Ostrava. I performed an analysis of the current structure of storing and the possibilities of its optimisation. I mainly concentrated on the position of the central storeroom and I analysed its potential relocation. I also dealt with the location of the freight lift and the weight unit which are essential for the course of the whole storing process.

I summarized the results of my analysis and presented the solutions which would lead to the optimisation of storing in this section of the hospital in the chapter of suggestions and recommendations. I found the ideal space for relocation of the central storeroom which would result in savings of both time and expenses from the perspective of storing and distribution operations. I suggested buying a new hydraulic lift after my analysis of the lift unit which would make the distribution of received goods from the ramp to the storing space faster. I also found the appropriate room for the weight unit where the route of the weight control of goods during the takeover of the goods executed by a worker in the storeroom will be shortened. After the analysis of the storing structure of the central storeroom I proposed the purchase of several shelves which would better arrange the whole system inside this storeroom, enable easier movement for the workers in this section and will result in the saving of time connected with storing operations. The end of my dissertation thesis summarizes my work and concludes whether the determined objectives were reached.

I applied my theoretical knowledge from my practice and gained very valuable experiences during the making of the dissertation thesis.
