Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s work is to give basic information about various nickel alloys types. It includes their mechanical properties, physical – metallurgical characteristics and application. The first part is aimed to occurrence of nickel, it’s the most important industrial ores and the most significant nickel deposits. Next part describes mechanical and physical properties of nickel, includes information about influences of another additional elements. The other part describes primary nickel alloys types. Experiments are focused to two selected types of nickel alloys and their microstructural and microfractographic evaluation.
