Analýza zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the legal regulations concerning the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic and then to evaluate how the recruitment of foreign employees works, how the number of foreigners in the Czech Republic and in a selected company develops depending on the regulations, and the current situation on the Czech labour market. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the legal regulation in this area and presents the current situation on the Czech labour market. The practical part of the thesis analyses the employment of foreigners in the selected company, their recruitment and employment process. Furthermore, the development of employment of domestic and foreign workers in the company is analysed depending on the political and economic situation in the Czech Republic. The thesis concludes with a summary of the results of the analysis and presents possible suggestions that could facilitate the process of employing foreigners in the future, in the selected company.
