Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses, as the title suggests, on the issue of unauthorized business, specifically on the consequences of this activity. The introduction of the thesis explains the basic concepts related to business itself and unauthorized business practices, along with the causes of their occurrence. The next part outlines the economic and legal implications of these actions, while also familiarizing the reader with the necessary legislation. Finally, unauthorized business practices are exemplified based on judicial decisions, and recommendations are proposed in conclusion for reducing this illegal activity.
