Posouzení motivace zaměstnanců napříč divizemi ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of employee motivation across divisions in the selected company. Divisions having been monitored are the Czech, Macedonian and Turkish ones. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate current level of employees´ motivation based on the analysis results as well as to offer suitable recommendations for improvement. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are terms such as motivation, motivation theories, difference between internal and external motivation determined up to closer conception of motivation in a working environment. This part of the thesis is also focused on how motivation is interpreted by the Czech law, mainly how the law defines benefits and salary or wage. In the practical part, there is company presented, the business subject of which an industrial automation and IT systems in production field is. Further, there are benefits of particular divisions presented within the monitored period of time as well as a level of motivation in the company is analyzed and assessed. In conclusion, based on the analysis results, there are recommendations offered aiming at improvement of employees´ motivation level.
