Pokročilé nástroje pro automatickou konfiguraci síťových zařízení pomocí NETCONF

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a tool for the automated configuration of Cisco and Juniper network devices using the NETCONF protocol and YANG data models. The resulting application, developed in Python with a graphical interface built on the Qt framework, enables clear and user-friendly configuration of selected network services such as OSPF, IPsec VPN, VLANs, and IP addressing. The work also includes an analysis of NETCONF support across various platforms and a comparison of its implementation on Cisco and Juniper devices within a laboratory testing environment.
