Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. The thesis deals with the safety studies of risks while providing physical protection of the urban cemetery in Opava. The theoretical part deals with the legal regulations and technical standards concerning the issue. Following section concentrates on describing himself campus town cemetery and its current state of security complemented by statistics from unlawful acts and damages. The subject of the next part of this thesis is the application of selected analytical methods, focusing on the risks associated with security breaches campus. Based on the results of analyzes are presented in the last part of the proposals for innovative measures to minimize the risks identified.
