Abstract

The assigned topic of this diploma thesis - A Multifunctional house - was prepared so that the building functionally and visually fits into the surroundings and complements the existing amenities. For the given object are used both new and proven materials and procedures. In terms of energy saving, heating by a gas condensing boiler has been chosen. In terms of layout the building is designed as a three-storey house, with the 1st floor used for commercial activities (shops, café, bar) and it is divided into passages. The passage is intended to preserve the natural communication flows that have arisen in existing continuous development. There are residential units located in the 2nd 3rd floor.
