Abstract
This Bachelor thesis deal with issues leadership of major league futsal club from sports, economic and legal aspect.
In theoretical part i describe formation of futsal, his legal aspects and problematics of marketing and management.
Practical part describe the club itself, his history, organizational structure, sporting objectives and revenues and costs.
Aim of this work is analysis of concrete futsal club SKP Likop Třinec, overtures resolutions of possible probléme and improve situation in club.
