Analýza pojištění odpovědnosti zaměstnance za škodu způsobenou zaměstnavateli při výkonu povolání

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the employee's liability insurance for damage caused to the profession, find the weaknesses of the insurance product and to propose recommendations for their elimination. In addition to this my second goal is to compare insurance products based on specific criteria for selected insurance companies. In thesis is used the method of analysis, description, comparison and deduction. In the fifth parts is used method of questioning. The work is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction. The second and the third is the theoretical basis for the remainder of my thesis. The fourth chapter clarifies employee's liability insurance for damage caused to the profession in practice. This chapter includes an illustrative example which is analyzed in detail based on certain criteria. The fifth chapter includes the methodology of data collection and analysis of data obtained through a questionnaire survey. The sixth chapter contains suggestions and recommendations for both the insurer and the insured. The seventh chapter is devoted to the conclusion, where I focus on an overall assessment of the accumulated knowledge within the insurance product.
