This diploma thesis deals with process model of the selected measures of population protection. The theoretical part is about characterization selection measures, extraordinary event, subjects interested to the population protection and the method used in the thesis. Analytical part involves description of analysis like activities of subject interested to the protection of population, organizational security and analysis of process models principles. The main part is pivotal part, which individually elaborate process models like activities of subject in selected measures of the population protection, combined process model of subject activities in selected types of extraordinary events and alteration selected measures of the population protection concept.
