Selhání lidského činitele v pracovním procesu výroby železa v TŽ a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the issue of human factor failure in iron making procedure in the Třinec Iron and Steel Works, JSC (hereinafter referred to TZ). At first, the author mentions the concept of occupational safety and health in metallurgical plants in international connections. He characterizes the best known systems of occupational safety and health management in the Czech Republic and in TZ. The author develops the basic issue of human factor failure, human error and human being machine system. He presents some methods of human factor failure analysis including method used in TZ. The substance of the whole thesis is human factor failure analysing in TZ and setting detailed precautions for risks using Successive-Step Method for the professions of workshop fitter and electrician. In conclusion the thesis gives the summary of all measures into the most important items and total evaluation of this methodology and its contribution for TZ.
