Analýza neshod zjištěných v rámci certifikačních a recertifikačních auditů systémů managementu kvality

Abstract

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the number and types of non-conformities found in the framework of certification and / or recertification audits in the transition to the new standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 [8]. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the issue of management of non-compliance found during third-party audits / certification body /. The content of the practical part is a description of the current state of detected non-compliance in certification and recertification audits in organizations.
