Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to apply theoretical knowledge in the field of business valuation to determine the monetary worth of travel agency CHERRY TOUR Ltd. and to determine its financial health. The theoretical part contains explanation of the basic terms, the process of business valuation, strategic analysis, and description of the various valuation methods, including financial analysis. The practical part contains a description of the assessed company, strategic analysis, financial analysis and calculation of enterprise value according to DCF method entity, capitalized net earnings and book value method. In the last part the results of the work are interpreted and summarized, and recommendations are made.
