Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní korporaci

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is "Analysis of Employee Benefits in Selected Business Corporation". The thesis is confused on the employees, their renumeration and what other benefits the employer can provide them. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the ways in which employess can be rewarded and how they can be motivated. Futhermore, this part characterizes employee benefits. In the practical part, the benefits provided in the selected business corporation are analysed on basis of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the results of the questionnaire survey and to suggest possible improvements to the selected business corporation.
