Automatizovaný návrh řídicí aplikace v systémech s programovatelnými automaty

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the development of an application to automate the transfer of information from the technical documentation into the development environment for programmable controllers.

From the chosen technical project implemented in the EPLAN Electric P8 v2.5 the selected data is exported to Microsoft Excel 2010 software, in which these data are modified with the help of macros into a format that supports software TIA Portal V13 SP1 and TIA Portal V14 from Siemens. Afterwards, such modified data can be manualy imported into the TIA Portal. The second option is to use an application created in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2015. This application allows the automatic import of global variables to the table of variables in the TIA Portal. The last step is realized by importing the program blocks from a preformed database into the TIA Portal, this step is only possible when using a C# application.

The application uses a programmable logic controller S7-1500 series from Siemens.
