The aim of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a flat home in Brno in the stage of documentation for the construiction realization on the basis of regulation No. 499/2006 Coll. At amendment version No. 62/2013 Coll. About the building documentation. It is a five-floor building with a basement in the irregular ground plan. The building is designed in combined construction saystem with single layer flat roof. Diploma thesis includes also thermal assesment of enclosing construction, energy performance certification and static assessment of structural element, in this case i tis static assessment of the flight of stairs.
