Analýza procesu inventarizace ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem inventarizace a je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem je analyzovat a zhodnotit proces inventarizace ve vybrané obchodní společnosti a navrhnout možná řešení na jeho zlepšení. První teoretická část charakterizuje proces inventarizace a vysvětluje důležité pojmy související s tímto procesem. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou procesu inventarizace a následně vyhodnocením a tvorbou návrhů pro zlepšení a zefektivnění procesu. Cílem praktické části je poskytnout ucelený pohled na proces inventarizace ve vybrané obchodní společnosti a podrobněji se zaměřit na jednotlivé kroky a fáze procesu pomocí analýzy a metody deskripce. Na základě této analýzy budou navrženy konkrétní doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení a zefektivnění procesu inventarizace ve vybrané obchodní společnosti jako například tvorba vnitropodnikových směrnic.

The bachelor thesis deals with the inventory process and is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim is to analyze and evaluate the inventory process in selected business company and to propose possible solutions for its improvement. The first theoretical part characterizes the inventory process and explains important concepts related to this process. The practical part deals with the analysis of inventory process and then the evaluation and development of proposals for improving and streamlining the process. The aim of the practical part is to provide a comprehensive view of the inventory process in selected business company and to focus in more detail on the individual steps and phases of the process using the analysis and description method. Based on this analysis, specific recommendations and suggestions will be proposed to improve and streamline the inventory process in the selected business company, such as the creation of internal company directives.
